To power Coursera’s mission to transform the world through learning, I led brand messaging development and omni-channel campaigns during a company-wide rebrand, pre- and post-IPO, and B Corp certification.
I shaped core messaging — positioning, tagline, value props, benefit statements, and proofpoints — and developed the brand voice for Coursera’s B2B business (Coursera for Business, Coursera for Campus, and Coursera for Government). My process included conducting competitor research and data insights, partnering with PMM, steering leadership and legal reviews, and leading the rollout of the messaging.
I also guided cross-functional teams on applying the brand voice, maintained the brand style guide, and shared writing best practices to ensure cohesive, impactful messaging at every touchpoint.
