At Brex, I’ve owned end-to-end copywriting for lifecycle and prospect experiences — covering everything from brand social and email nurtures to onboarding flows, packaging design, and product experiences.
I’ve worked closely with lifecycle marketing, product, brand, design, legal, compliance, and email operations to rapidly concept and execute campaigns — ensuring everything is error-free, conveys the right tone, and successfully surpasses leading and lagging email metrics (ORs, CTRs, CTORs, booked sales meetings, GMV, conversions, product deeplinks).
I’ve also helped build our brand identity and tone of voice, and typically have a couple of A/B testing experiments in flight.
